OUR 60-DAY RETURN POLICY

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange to send you replacement items or issue a full refund. You are not required to return the damaged items.

  2. Incorrect Item, Size, or Color: If you received an incorrect item, size, or color, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. There will be no handling fee for returning these items. We will cover the return shipping cost, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.

  3. Unwanted Items: If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. The cost of return shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Used or customer-damaged items may not qualify for a full refund and may receive only a partial refund.

Return Process

  2. Return Instructions: Depending on where your order was shipped from (e.g., China, Singapore, Hong Kong), you will need to send it back to the corresponding address. Return shipping costs may vary between $15-$28.

  3. Shipping the Return: After sending the item back, please email us at [email protected] with confirmation photos of the return process. To ensure the refund, please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Processing Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to the email you used when placing your original order.

Important Note: This policy does not cover returns due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any other abuse of the product. Certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or returned more than 60 days after delivery. Additionally, certain products, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are not eligible for return.
